2. Eligibility

SupErWin Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game and Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

4. User Content & Behavior

• Uploads or shares offensive or illegal content
• Cheats, exploits, or uses third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

SupErWin Studios may moderate or remove content and take enforcement actions (including bans) at our discretion.

5. In-App Purchases

Trap Life VR may offer virtual goods or in-game currency for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

You agree that:

• Virtual items have no real-world value
• We may modify, disable, or remove items at any time
• We are not responsible for lost or unauthorized purchases

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and assets within the Game and Site are the intellectual property of SupErWin Studios or its partners and licensors.

You may not use our brand, logo, or content without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or engage in misconduct. We may do so with or without notice.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you are revoked.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
